Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Angus Council was established on February 19, 2016. It is hosted at Carnoustie High School in Angus. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Angus Council with a grant. The Confucius Classroom’s partner school is Tianjin Tanggu No. 1 High School. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44297.
