Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Hawthornden Primary School was established on June 19, 2017. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Hawthornden Primary School with a grant. The Confucius Classroom’s partner school is Tianjin Experimental Primary School. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened.
