Staff comments

Since the breakdown of donation values is not known between the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Foreign Affairs Office and Red Cross Society, AidData estimates the donation value from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Foreign Affairs Office as half the total value of RMB 429,000 (so RMB 214,500).
