Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Bay House School & Sixth Form was established on June 2, 2015. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Bay House School & Sixth Form with a grant. The Confucius Classroom’s partner school is Ling Ling High School. It was the 35th Confucius Classroom to be established under the Confucius Institute at the UCL Institute of Education. The Confucius Classroom was running before it was officially opened, having begun operations of September 29, 2014. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44315.
