Project narrative

In April 2020, the City of Shanghai, through articulation with the General Consulate of China, donated 50,000 N95-type masks to São Paulo, Brazil. The masks will be used at municipal public hospitals in São Paulo to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. The monetary value of the donation is unknown. The donated masks arrived at Viracopos airport, Brazil, on April 18 2020, and were expected to arrive in São Paulo by April 22 2020.
