On August 4th, 2021, the Chinese ambassador Huang Yazhong attended the donation ceremony of 5 police motorcycles and accompanying protective clothing at the La Paz South Police Station. Roberto Ríos, Deputy Minister of Civil Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bolivia, and Jhonny Aguilera, Commander-in-Chief of the National Police attended the event.
