Project narrative

On January 26th, 2021, Huang Yazhong, the Chinese ambassador to Bolivia, attended a donation ceremony for medical supplies by the Chinese government to the Bolivian government together with Bolivian Minister of Health Jeyson Auza, Vice Minister of Health Insurance and Management of the Unified Health System, Alejandra Hidalgo Ugarte, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of Trade and Integration Affairs Benjamín Blanco. This batch of medical supplies includes 10 VG70 model respirators to be installed in Intensive Care Units, 4 ShangriLa 510S model respirators used for patient transfer and first aid, and 53 thousand units of rapid antibody tests, which will be used for the early detection of Covid-19.
