Staff comments

1. AidData has coded University of International Business and Economics as the implementing agency because University of International Business and Economics is the Chinese partner institution for the Confucius Institute at the University of Leeds, which oversees this Confucius Classroom. 2. The Chinese name of the school is 利兹艺术学院.
