Project narrative

On April 7, 2020, the Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of Nanjing's Municipal Government sent a letter of intent for the donation of 30,000 surgical masks (10 cases) worth CNY 69,000 to the city of Barranquilla. The letter was addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Colombia in Beijing and indicated that the masks were to be delivered to the Colombian Embassy in Beijing. The masks are reported as having been received, but the date of delivery is unknown. This is part of the South-South Cooperation initiative.
