Description

On June 29, 2022, Javier Triana, general secretary of the Mayor's office of Ibagué announced the donation of 20,000 masks from the city of Chengdu. This announcement reported that the donation was confirmed with an expected arrival of 20-22 days following the announcement. The donation was intended to be distributed to the most vulnerable populations in the city of Ibagué. As of the announcement, the shipment was confirmed to have left the Shanghai seaport. The Chengdu government donated a total of 40,000 masks to Colombia in June 2020. 20,000 of the masks went to Ibagué and 20,000 went to Bogotá (see project ID#93158).
