On June 8, 2010, Chinese Consul General Xie Jinying donated 655 Chinese textbooks on behalf of Hanban to Chelyabinsk State University. The rector of Chelyabinsk State University, Mr. Shatin, thanked Consul General Xie Jinying for his help and participation.
