On June 22, 2005, Chinese Assistant Minister, Mr. Lu, the head of a seven member delegation in Seychelles, ‎handed over the documents to the Government of Seychelles announcing the arrival of a batch of educational materials from China. The exact contents and value of the donation is unknown.
