Project narrative

On March 1, 2017, Geng Lipeng on behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Yekaterinburg donated more than 300 Chinese books to the Yekaterinburg Mayor's Library on behalf of the Guangzhou Library. The Yekaterinburg Mayor's Library reached an agreement with the Guangzhou Library in 2012 on the exchange of books between the two sides, it has received more than 1,000 books from the Guangzhou Library in the time since the
