Project narrative

According to the 2020 Annual Report of the Trade & Development Bank (TDB) of Mongolia, in 2020, China Development Bank signed a USD and RMB financing agreement with the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia. The purpose of the project is to help TDB's customers finance their trade with Chinese companies at a lower cost under the “Belt and Road” initiative. Details of the financing agreement are unclear.
