On September 14, 2018, China agreed to provide RMB 30 million worth of emergency food assistance to Yemen through an ETCA. Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Kang Yong and Yemini Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Muhammad Al-Saadi signed the document.
