Project narrative

On June 26, 2009, Chinese Politburo member He Guoqiang visited Mongolia and signed a series of agreements, among which include an agreement to provide trainings to increase human capitals in Mongolia. On October 28, 2009, the course for Agricultural Management and Training started and would last for 30 days. China announced it would host three sections; however, the other two could not be found.
