Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

On August 13, 2018, the Chinese Embassy in Israel hosted an award ceremony in Tel Aviv for 16 Israeli students who were selected to receive the Chinese Government Scholarship for the 2018–2019 academic year. The scholarships enabled the students to pursue higher education in 12 Chinese universities, with four students enrolled in undergraduate or master’s degree programs. Fields of study included Chinese language, history, traditional Chinese medicine, economics, and public administration. The scholarships covered tuition, living expenses, and related costs, and were provided as an in-kind grant under the Chinese Government Scholarship framework, managed by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) under the Ministry of Education.
