Project narrative

On July 23, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Colombia donated 80,000 masks to the Colombian Liberal Party. The Liberal Party announced that it would distribute the masks to healthcare facilities, particularly those in need and those located in rural areas to help Colombia combat the Covid-19 pandemic.
