Project narrative

On August 20, 2021, the Chinese Government donated 150 oxygen concentrators to Cuba. The concentrators were manufactured by Sinopharm and arrived in Havana. This donation was made to improve Cuba’s COVID-19 response efforts. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.
