Project narrative

On July 3, 2020, the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China provided anti-epidemic materials to the Democratic Revolutionary Party of Panama. The donated supplies included 50,000 surgical masks. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. A handover ceremony took place for this donation. China’s Ambassador to Panama, Wei Qiang, the General Secretary of the Democratic Revolutionary Party of Panama, General Secretary Gonzalez, and Secretary of International Relations attended the ceremony.
