Staff comments
1. The French project title is "La Classe Confucius du Complexe Scolaire Révolution Gampo-Olilou.” 2. This is the first Confucius Institute Classroom (as opposed to Confucius Institutes, about which information can be found in projects #30807 and #59775) in Congo. 3. Henan Experimental High School is also known as Henan Experimental Middle School (河南省实验中学) 4. Hanban has been assumed as the financing organization; while an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) was signed the same day as the grant agreement, Hanban is typically the funding agency for Confucius Institutes/Confucius Classrooms. Thus, in absence of direct evidence to the contrary, AidData has deferred to coding the financing agency as "Hanban".
