Project narrative

On April 22, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Panama, through the Las Tablas Chamber of Commerce, donated 2,000 surgical masks to the Los Santos Governor's office. The masks were to be distributed to workers on the front line combatting COVID-19. The donation was announced through a tweet by the head of the Chinese Embassy's Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office, Wang Jian.
