Project narrative

On April 30, 2020, President Zhao Liang of Chinese company Nuctech delivered a donation of 1,500 surgical masks to the National Customs Authority of the Republic of Panama. Customs General Director, Tayra Barsallo, received the donation. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.
