Project narrative
On April 16, 2020, a twelve-person medical team arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from China to help the country contain the spread of Covid-19. During the team's fifteen-day visit, they visited treatment facilities and shared their experiences fighting the virus with their Ethiopian counterparts. The members of the team were selected from fields such as nosocomial sense, public health, nursing, traditional Chinese medicine, etc. On the same flight that brought the medical team, there were also supplies donated by the Chinese government to the Ethiopian government (see Record ID#94525).
