On July 27, 2020, POWERCHINA donated anti-epidemic supplies to Cameroon's Ministry of Water Resources and Energy. The specific amounts and monetary value of this donation are unknown. A donation ceremony was held for this donation in Yaoundé, the capital of Cameroon. Cameroonian Minister of Water Resources and Energy Elendou Essumba and a country representative of POWERCHINA Cameroon attended the ceremony.
