On November 5, 2020, Xinjian Communications Construction Group donated anti-epidemic supplies to the Cameroon Ministry of Public Works. The donated supplies included 3,000 masks, 20 protective suits, 20 sets of goggles, and 100 capsules of Lianhua Qingwen. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
