Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at ACG Strathallan was established on April 5, 2016. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing ACG Strathallan with a grant. It is the 11th Confucius Classroom to be established by Confucius Institute in Auckland, and the first Confucius Classroom based in South Auckland. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44178.
