Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Lincoln High School was established on June 26, 2011. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Lincoln High School with a grant. It was the second Confucius Classroom to be established in South Island of New Zealand. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44177.
