According to the Confucius Institute at the Victoria University of Wellington, the host schools of Confucius Classrooms were eligible for establishment funding and further annual funding for school or cluster projects related to Chinese language and culture from Xiamen University. 2. AidData has coded Xiamen University as the implementing agency because Xiamen University is the Chinese partner institution for the Confucius Institute at Victoria University of Wellington, which oversees this Confucius Classroom. 3.
