Yunnan Provincial Government provides 200,000 face masks and 200 digital infrared thermometers to Côte d'Ivoire in December 2020

On December 16, 2020, China’s Yunnan Provincial Government provided anti–epidemic materials to Côte d'Ivoire’s Ministry of Tourism and Leisure. The donated materials included 200,000 face masks and 200 digital infrared thermometers. The donation was sent in 55 packages of 536 kg in equipment. These materials will be used to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in Côte d'Ivoire. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. A handover ceremony was held for this donation. The Director of Cabinet, Camille Kouassi, and the Director General of the Société des Palaces de Cocody, Ms. Maférima Diarrassouba, attended the ceremony.
