Project narrative

On March 11, 2021, the 30th and 31st Chinese medical teams in Equatorial Guinea donated medical and other daily supplies to the Equatorial Guinea Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. The medical supplies included surgical masks, goggles, face shields and isolation suits while the daily supplies included milk, mineral water, bread, eggs and biscuits. The donation comes in the aftermath of the Bata explosion and the supplies were distributed to victims of the incident. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. A handover ceremony was held for this donation at Bata Hospital. Xu Zhuangsheng, the Chinese Consul General in Bata, attended the ceremony.
