Project narrative

On March 10, 2021, the China-aided Equatorial Guinea Demonstration Farm Technical Assistance Project Team donated living supplies to Equatorial Guinea’s Ministry of Agriculture. The donation includes 2,000 catties of rice (2,645 pounds) and 1,000 catties of vegetables (1,322 pounds). This donation was made to support the relocation of Bata explosion victims. The monetary value of the donation is unknown. A handover ceremony was held for this donation. Xu Zhuangsheng, the Consul General of China in Bata, and the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry and Environment of Equatorial Guinea attended the donation ceremony.
