Project narrative

On March 31, 2020, the Chinese Government donated 10,000 K95 masks to the Philippines for emergency support against the COVID-19 pandemic. The masks were specifically donated to the city of Cebu in the Philippines. On April 20, 2020, the Chinese Consulate General in Cebu handed over the donation to the authorities.
