Project narrative

On April 21, SPIC donated an unspecified amount of anti-epidemic materials to Chile's Embassy in China to help fight COVID-19. It is unclear exactly what was in this donation and what its value was. This was part of a larger donation to both Chile and Myanmar. The donation to Myanmar is captured in Record ID#90696. SPIC had set an initiative to assist in overseas pandemic preveniton.
