On September 18th 2021, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs donated COVID-19 relief supplies to Mauritania. Based on a September 21, 2021 report, the Chinese had donated 20 batches of COVID-19 relief supplies, including vaccines, to Mauritania.
