Project narrative

In September and October of 2020, the Liaoning International Cooperation Group sent a group to help in drainage efforts after Cabo Verde was affected by floods in September. This is a part of the fourth phase of the Cabo Verde Integrated Technical Cooperation Project. It is unclear how many members were on the team.
