Project narrative

On November 5, 2021, the Chinese Government donated emergency aid materials to Guinea-Bissau's National Stadium. The materials included 80 lighting spotlights for the stadium. This donation was made to provide technical assistance for the stadium and improve the facilities for future international sporting events. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. A handover ceremony was held for this donation. China’s Ambassador to Guinea-Bissau, Guo Ce, and Guinea-Bissau’s Secretary of State for Youth and Sports Dias attended the ceremony.
