Project narrative

On September 6, 2021, the Chinese government sent their ninth medical team to South Sudan. This team will replace the eighth team sent by the Chinese government. The team will be stationed at Juba Teaching Hospital to train South Sudanese doctors and carry out treatment on patients at the hospital. The team is composed of doctors from the Anhui Province in East China. On October 10, 2021, the medical team went to a children's home to provide psychosocial support and free medical care services. On September 8, 2022, a send-off and award ceremony was held to thank the medical team for their services and to celebrate the completion of their visit.
