Project narrative

On February 28, 2020, Highline Secondary School in Windhoek, Namibia held the 2019 Chinese Ambassador Scholarship Award ceremony. During the event, the Chinese Embassy in Namibia awarded scholarships of an unspecified amount to 11 students. The scholarship fund, established on June 15, 2017 (see record ID #62617), was created to support academic achievement. Yang Jun, the Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy, presented the awards.
