In March 2021, the Chinese Government delivered 250,000 donated doses of Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines to the Government of Sudan. The donation was shipped on March 24, 2021 and it arrived in Sudan on March 26, 2021.

As such, AidData has estimated the monetary value of the March 2021 donation as $4.5 million.
