Description
In 2021, the Chinese Government donated approximately 350,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccines to the Government of Namibia. The Chinese Government delivered 100,000 donated doses of Sinovac Covid-19 vaccines to the Government of Zambia on March 16, 2021. The shipment arrived at Hosea Kutako International Airport and Namibian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah attended the vaccine handover ceremony. Then, on July 16, 2021, the Chinese Government delivered another 250,000 donated doses of Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines to the Government of Namibia.
