Full Description

Project narrative

On December 30th, 2021, the Chinese Government donated office supplies to the Mali Ministry of Religious Affairs, Beliefs, and Customs. The donation was made to support the efforts of counter-terrorism and de-radicalization. Ambassador Chen Zhihong and the Mali Minister of Religious Affairs, Beliefs, and Customs, Mamadou Kone, jointly attended the handover ceremony. During the ceremony, Zhihong specifically urged Mali to use China's counter-terrorism and de-radicalization experience in Xinjiang as a worthy reference for how to deal with terrorism.
