Project narrative

On August 3, 2020, the People's Liberation Army donated masks to the South African National Defense Force (SANDF). The monetary value of the donation is unknown. The gear was meant to be utilized by members of the SANDF and the National Department of Health. The donation of medical supplies to SANDF was a part of a series of medical supply donations on behalf of the People's Liberation Army of China; a previous donation occurred in March 2020 (Record ID#93500) and a subsequent donation occurred in November 2020 (Record ID#93501).
