Project narrative

On January 15, 2021, a handover ceremony was held for the National Health Commission of China's donation of anti-pandemic medical supplies to Congo. The ceremony was held at the Sino-Congo Friendship Hospital, in Brazzaville, Congo. The donation was worth 74 million FCFA. The materials were to be dispersed to the Sino-Congolese hospital of Mfilou in Brazzaville and the hospital of Loandjili in Pointe-Noire. The donation was part of China's initiative to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the Republic of the Congo.
