Project narrative

On May 17, 2021, the 25th Chinese medical team to Benin donated medical supplies to Roxar Central Hospital in the Mono Province of Benin. The shipment consisted of 89 varieties of prescription and over-the-counter medicines, including anti-malarial and hypertension medicines totaling 5.8 million CFA francs; and medical equipment such as masks, medical caps, thermometers, gloves, infusion sets, sterile needles, cotton balls, drainage bags, and more totaling 1.96 million CFA francs. After the handover of these materials, the medical team hosted a medical clinic and distributed health leaflets on hypertension and common tropical diseases.
