Project narrative

On October 22, 2005, a white marble gate, gifted by the city of Guangzhou to its sister city of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada, was unveiled in Vancouver's Chinatown. The gift celebrated the 20th anniversary of the sister relationship between the two cities.
