Description

On January 8, 2020, the Chinese government provided a batch of agricultural machinery to Adia-Tchin, a women's organization in Côte d'Ivoire. This donation was accomplished with the help of the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Poverty Alleviation in Côte d'Ivoire. The donated materials included various agricultural supplies and tools that will be used to support local rural women achieve independent development through labor production. A handover ceremony was held for this donation. China’s Ambassador to Côte d'Ivoire, Wan Li, and the Minister of Solidarity, Social Integration and Poverty Alleviation attended the donation ceremony and delivered speeches. The head of the Adia-Tchin organization also attended the ceremony and received the supplies from Ambassador Wan Li.
