Project narrative

On October 19, 2006, representatives from the Shanghai Library held a ceremony with representatives of the Dr. John Archer Library of the University of Regina to commemorate the donation from the Shanghai Library of approximately 800 books. The first 500 books were donated in 2006, with a further 100 donated over the following two years.
