Staff comments

1. The precise commitment date of this Confucius Classroom is unknown. Thus, for the time being, AidData has coded the commitment_year field as 2011 and marked the commitment_year_estimated? field as True. This issue merits further investigation. 2. AidData has coded Fudan University as the implementing agency because this university is the Chinese partner institution for the Confucius Institute at the University of Sydney, which oversees this Confucius Classroom. 3. The Chinese name of this project is 国王学校孔子课堂.
