Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Indooroopilly State High School was formally established on February 24, 2016. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Indooroopilly State High School with a grant. The Confucius Classroom was originally scheduled to open in the first half of 2015. This was the fourth Confucius Classroom to be opened in Queensland.
